You don’t have to try and manage this on your own. Meet with one of our therapists experienced in treating OCD to receive tailored treatment for your needs. Learn techniques from CBT, exposure/response prevention, mindfulness, DBT, and ACT.

 

-OCD Group Therapy 

 

Looking for a jumpstart to manage your OCD? Join our 8 week group for individuals suffering from OCD.

In this group you’ll learn the following:

  • What OCD is 
  • What your unique obsessions and compulsions are
  • Exposure and response prevention
  • Relaxation techniques
  • Cognitive techniques 
  • Mindfulness and acceptance principles

 

FREQUENCY:

    • Weekly meetings for a total of 8 weeks 
    • DATE/TIME: Tuesdays, 5:30PM – 6:30PM 
  • Session 1: OCT 1-NOV 19
  • Session 2: JAN 2 – FEB 20 
  • Session 3: APRIL 2 – MAY 21
  • Session 4 JULY 2  – AUG 20

-OCD IN VIVO Exposure Therapy 

 

Exposure and response prevention is often hard work. Meet with one of our counselors who will work right beside you leading you solely in exposure and response prevention for a full 50 minute session. Take what you are learning in individual therapy and group therapy and put it directly into practice without being alone.  

ERP sessions are sold in packages of 5.
