Personal Experience & Biography
Rhiannon believes that healing begins within a safe, authentic relationship where clients feel heard, valued, and accepted. She is passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges while discovering their strengths and developing practical tools for lasting growth. Her approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to each client’s unique story.
Rhiannon earned her Bachelor of Social Work and Bachelor of Studio Art from Texas Christian University before completing her Master of Social Work. She is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and has experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in both nonprofit and healthcare settings. Throughout her clinical work, she has supported clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral concerns, grief, and life transitions.
As a practicing artist and photographer, Rhiannon has seen firsthand how creativity can foster healing, connection, and self-expression. She enjoys incorporating expressive arts therapy, while also utilizing evidence-based approaches such as CBT, TF-CBT, and person-centered therapy. Whether through conversation, creativity, or a combination of both, she strives to meet each client where they are and create a space where healing can unfold naturally.
