Our Team - Madi Rodriguez

Madi Rodriguez, BS, LCDC-I, is under the supervision of Don Hebbard MMFT. Madi brings 1.5 years of dynamic experience in mental health care to Restoration Counseling. With a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development from Texas Christian University and a certification as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor Intern, Madi’s expertise is particularly strong in adolescent addiction and recovery. Madi is dedicated to empowering her clients through a blend of Humanistic, Solution-Focused, Adlerian, and Family Systems therapies, with a specialization in play therapy and services for adolescents and young adults.

Her work is profoundly influenced by the importance of the therapeutic alliance, aiming to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. Madi is particularly proud of witnessing her clients’ personal growth and transformation, finding it the most rewarding aspect of her work.

Offering both in-person and virtual appointments, Madi’s approach is accessible to those in and around Fort Worth and the larger DFW Metroplex. She brings unique strengths to her practice, including an open-minded and positive outlook, reliability, and significant experience with addiction treatment and Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI). Madi’s goal is to help her clients recognize their worth and discover tools for healthier, more fulfilling lives. Her compassionate, client-centered approach and dedication to mental health make her an integral part of the Restoration Counseling team.
