Personal Experience & Biography
Madi Wall earned her Bachelor of Science in Child Development and her Master of Education in Counseling from Texas Christian University. She specializes in working with children and adolescents, with a focus on supporting those experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem struggles, behavioral challenges, difficulties with emotional regulation, grief, and school-related concerns.
Madi utilizes play therapy as a primary approach in her work with children, creating a developmentally appropriate and engaging space where young clients can express themselves, build coping skills, and work through challenges in a way that feels safe and natural. She is also a certified TBRI Practitioner (Trust-Based Relational Intervention) and integrates this approach into her work with families. Through TBRI, Madi helps caregivers understand the importance of connection before correction, equipping families with practical tools to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and support lasting behavioral change.
Her work is profoundly influenced by the importance of the therapeutic alliance, aiming to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. Madi is particularly proud of witnessing her clients’ personal growth and transformation, finding it the most rewarding aspect of her work.
