Mission Statement
Restoration’s mission is to help our patients achieve the insight and practical skills necessary to overcome the issues that are preventing them form becoming the people God designed them to be. To accomplish our mission, our seminary-trained therapists seek to maintain a reciprocal relationship between God’s biblical truth and the latest empirical research when counseling.
We believe a constructive relationship between theology and psychology increases our understanding and provides wisdom when counseling. This is not say that we believe psychology carries the same authority as theology. We believe Scripture holds the ultimate authority and the outcomes that come from empirical research only serves to support God’s ultimate truth.
